We are looking for a
strong and experienced Arabian / Middle Eastern Chef
to join a growing food and restaurant concept in
Bangalore
.

The ideal candidate will have a strong
Turkish / Middle Eastern culinary background
and hands-on expertise in preparing authentic yet commercially appealing dishes.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and execution of
Arabian and Middle Eastern cuisine
.
- Strong expertise in
kebabs, grills, shawarma, rice dishes, and marinades
.
- Experience with
Turkish-style cuisine and traditional cooking techniques
will be highly preferred.
- Develop and execute
Frankie-style rolls, wraps, and modern QSR offerings
.
- Maintain consistency in
taste, presentation, portion control, and food quality
.
- Understand traditional Middle Eastern flavours while adapting them for a
modern QSR environment
.
- Develop recipes, sauces, marinades and spice blends suitable for high-volume production.
- Manage kitchen operations, food preparation and hygiene standards.
- Train and supervise kitchen team members.
- Control food costs,



wastage and portioning while maintaining quality.
- Work closely with the management team on
menu development and new product innovation
.

Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a
Middle Eastern / Arabian Chef
, preferably with
Turkish culinary experience
.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of
kebabs, shawarma, grills, rice dishes and wraps/rolls
.
- Experience working in
high-volume restaurants, QSRs or fast-casual concepts
.
- Positive understanding of authentic Middle Eastern ingredients, spices and cooking methods.
- Ability to balance
traditional flavours with modern commercial execution
.
- Strong leadership, kitchen management and team-training skills.
- Creative, disciplined and quality-focused.
- Candidates currently based in India or overseas may be considered, depending on experience.
