? Key Responsibilities
- Understand and validate
NRI/RI and GIFT City account-opening journeys
.
- Analyse and test digital customer journeys and workflows.
- Test
APIs and backend integrations
.
- Validate integrations with
CBS, KYC, AML, CRM, Document Management and VCIP
systems.
- Test business rules, validations, eligibility checks and exception workflows.
- Perform




API/integration testing and troubleshooting
.
- Participate in
SIT, UAT, Regression Testing and Production Deployment
.
- Perform defect analysis, tracking and resolution.
- Coordinate with
Digital Banking, Product, Compliance, Operations and IT teams
.
- Prepare test cases, test scenarios and functional/technical documentation.
- Provide
production support and post-go-live hypercare
.

? Required Skills

✅ Digital Banking / Banking domain experience

✅ API & Integration Testing

✅ SIT / UAT / Regression Testing

✅ Knowledge of CBS, KYC, AML & CRM integrations

✅ Defect Management & Troubleshooting

✅ End-to-End Customer Journey Testing

✅ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
