CoachEasily is an Indian EdTech startup helping entrepreneurs, coaches and business owners build and grow their businesses using AI.

We conduct regular webinars and learning programs for our participants. This role is responsible for ensuring the webinars run smoothly and participants receive timely support before, during and after the webinar.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly attentive and responsible person who can independently manage the complete webinar support process.

The person will host/run webinars, monitor participant queries, resolve technical or program-related issues, maintain accurate lead and participant information, and ensure proper handover of qualified leads and relevant data to the Sales Team. Hands-on experience hosting and managing webinars on Zoom (registration setup, live moderation,



breakout rooms, recording/editing) not just attending meetings.Hosting vs. co-hosting vs. attending ask directly

Registration page setup, reminder emails, follow-up sequences

Managing breakout rooms, polls, Q&A; moderation

Recording, editing, and repurposing webinar content

Troubleshooting live tech issues (audio/video drops, screen-share failures)Integration experience Zoom with HubSpot/Marketo/Salesforce/Mailchimp for lead capture

This role requires strong attention to detail, valuable communication, technical comfort and the ability to stay focused throughout the webinar without distractions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Webinar Management
- Run and host daily webinars on Zoom.
- Conduct webinars as per the assigned schedule and language.
- Ensure the webinar link is working before the session.
- Check laptop, internet, microphone, sound and other technical requirements before the webinar.
