Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven
Performance Marketeer
with hands-on experience in
Quick Commerce & Marketplace Advertising
. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, improving visibility, optimizing advertising spends, and maximizing
ROAS
across platforms such as
Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, BigBasket, Myntra, Meta & Google Ads
.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute & optimize Quick Commerce advertising campaigns.
- Manage
Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, BigBasket & marketplace ads
.
- Optimize
budgets, bids, placements, keywords & campaigns
.
- Drive
ROAS, sales, traffic & conversions
.
- Track
CAC, CTR, CVR, revenue contribution & profitability
.
- Coordinate with platform
Account Managers & Category Teams
.
- Identify opportunities for promotions, visibility & sales growth.
- Prepare
weekly/monthly performance reports & insights
.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product & Category teams.




- Stay updated on new advertising formats and platform trends.

Ideal Candidate
- 2–5+ years
in Performance Marketing / E-commerce / Quick Commerce Advertising.
- Hands-on experience with at least
one or more Quick Commerce platforms

- Solid understanding of
ROAS, CAC, PPC, CRO & sales funnels
.
- Experience managing advertising budgets and achieving measurable sales growth.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
