Role Summary
We are seeking an
EV Electrical & Electronics / Powertrain Integration Engineer
to support the integration, development, and validation of electrical and electronic systems for electric vehicles. The role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, NPD, sourcing, and testing teams to ensure seamless integration and reliable performance of EV powertrain and vehicle electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Integrate EV powertrain components including traction motors, motor controllers, batteries, BMS, chargers, clusters, and other vehicle electrical systems.
- Support the integration and validation of Battery and Battery Management Systems (BMS) into the vehicle architecture.
- Design, develop, and implement CAN communication architecture for vehicle electrical and electronic systems.
- Collaborate with testing teams to conduct performance, durability, reliability, and functional validation of powertrain, battery, BMS, charger, cluster, and related systems.




- Analyze system-level performance and support software-based performance estimation and validation.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and support root-cause analysis of electrical, electronic, communication, and integration issues.
- Coordinate with suppliers, NPD, sourcing, and cross-functional engineering teams for component development, integration, and issue resolution.
- Support DFMEA, design reviews, and risk assessment activities for electrical and electronic systems.
- Ensure compliance with applicable EV homologation, safety, EMI/EMC, and regulatory requirements, including AIS standards.
- Support homologation activities and follow up on compliance requirements throughout the product development cycle.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, test reports, specifications, and validation records.
