Position Overview:

We are looking for a
*confident and target-driven Insurance Consultant to manage telesales*

*conversations and attend customer meetings within Kolkata when required*
. The role involves

understanding customer needs, explaining suitable insurance solutions and maintaining consistent

follow-ups to drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with prospective customers and medical professionals through outbound calls in Bengali and English.
- Convert leads into sales.
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable insurance products in a clear and consultative

manner.
- Follow up on assigned leads, address customer questions and objections, and work toward closure.
- Attend
*face-to-face customer meetings within Kolkata*
whenever business requirements demand.
- Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining a disciplined follow-up pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, follow-ups and sales status.




- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, policy issuance and customer handover.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- *Solid verbal communication in*
*Bengali and English.*
- Persuasion, negotiation and objection-handling ability.
- Customer-focused approach with strong follow-up discipline.
- Comfort with
*telesales, sales targets and local customer meetings.*
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to maintain sales records.
- Prior sales experience is preferred; candidates from any product-sales background may be considered.
- *Immediate or short-notice joiners*
will be preferred.

Job Location:
Kolkata

Compensation:
Fixed CTC of ₹3.5 - ₹4.5 LPA, plus performance-based incentives
