About The Role -
Role Level - Junior Experience: 1-2 years Reports to: AVP – Marketing Preffering folks who can join immediately

We're looking for someone who thinks in strategy but bleeds copy. You'll get to work on creative direction for all paid marketing - from the first hook to the final CTA - and work closely with designers to bring it to life. You're not just a writer. You're the person who writes every word we say.

What you’ll do -
- Creative strategy for paid marketing - Meta, YouTube, Google - from concept to brief to live
- Write high-converting ad copy across formats: hooks, scripts,



headlines, landing page copy, email sequences
- Assist designers on visual direction - you translate strategy into design language
- Research and maintain a swipe file of winning creatives; share weekly learnings with the performance team
- Test copy frameworks - hooks, CTAs, angle banks - that the broader team can use
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper) to scale content production without compromising quality
- Stay on top of competitor creatives - Scaler, upGrad, Masai - and bring insights to the table proactively

What we’re looking for -
- 1-2 years in performance copywriting or creative strategy - edtech, D2C, or high-growth startup preferred
- A portfolio with paid ad examples - not just brand copy, but stuff that converted
- Ability to write across tones: aspirational, urgent, conversational, authoritative
- Ability with briefing designers - you can articulate visual direction, not just
