Open Role: AI Developer (India, Remote)
Build, fine-tune, and deploy ML/LLM-powered applications used in production workflows. You will connect software engineering with model development, LLM evaluation, RLHF concepts, data labeling strategy, and QA evaluation to improve model reliability and performance.

What You Will Do
- Design and ship AI-driven features integrating ML models and LLMs into production systems
- Develop inference services, APIs, batch pipelines, and real-time inference workflows
- Build LLM evaluation and prompt evaluation harnesses (golden datasets, regression tests)
- Partner with data labeling/QA teams on annotation guidelines, acceptance criteria, and training data quality checks
- Run QA evaluation to measure accuracy, safety, and reliability; iterate on model performance improvement




- Implement monitoring for drift, hallucinations, latency, and cost; ensure reproducibility across environments

Required Qualifications
- Mid-to-senior experience building ML-enabled software products
- Robust Python skills; hands-on with PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Knowledge of NLP and/or computer vision; offline metrics and human-in-the-loop evaluation
- Experience deploying with Docker and CI/CD; Kubernetes and AWS preferred

Compensation
Competitive hourly rate:
$30–$50/hr
(USD).
