About the Role

We are looking for a
high-ownership communications leader
to lead the communications function across the ON Universe ecosystem.





This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can translate organizational vision into compelling communication strategies, build robust brands, manage multidisciplinary creative teams, and drive visibility across
digital, web, social media, SEO, and media platforms
.

You will lead and coordinate a team spanning
content, design, video, and digital marketing
, while working closely with founders, program heads, and senior leadership.

What You'll Lead

Strategic Communications & Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage content, design, video, digital marketing teams, and external creative partners.
- Prioritize communication requirements across multiple entities and programs.
- Build efficient workflows, timelines, review systems, and accountability mechanisms.
- Use AI and modern tools to improve communication quality and team productivity.

Brand & Quality Governance
- Drive consistency in messaging, visual identity, and brand standards across the ON Universe.
