About the Role

We are looking for a GRE cum Presales Executive with 4–5 years of experience in the real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, explaining project details, coordinating site visits and providing a smooth and professional customer experience from enquiry to booking.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements such as budget, location, configuration and possession needs.
- Explain project details, amenities, pricing, payment plans and offers to customers.
- Qualify leads and identify genuine customers for the sales team.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with customers and sales executives.
- Welcome and assist customers during their visit to the sales office/site.
- Regularly follow up with customers after enquiries and site visits.
- Maintain lead and follow-up details in the CRM system.




- Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Marketing and Site teams.
- Support the sales team in converting qualified leads into bookings.
- Handle basic customer queries and coordinate with the concerned team for resolutions.
- Maintain daily/weekly reports for calls, leads, site visits and conversions.
- Ensure timely follow-up so that potential leads are not missed.
- Collect customer feedback and share it with the management/team.
- Maintain a professional and positive relationship with customers.

Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in Real Estate Presales, GRE, CRM, Customer Relationship or Telesales.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of real estate sales and customer journey.
- Confident and presentable personality.
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
- Good knowledge of CRM and MS Excel.
- Ability to handle multiple customers and leads simultaneously
