Senior QA Engineer (Healthcare Domain 8 -10 Years)

Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer with 8-10 years of experience in Manual Testing, Healthcare applications, and Agile delivery environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for test planning, estimation, test case design, execution, defect management, and ensuring high-quality releases for enterprise web applications while collaborating closely with Development, Business Analysis, Product, and QA teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and create test scenarios and test cases.
- Perform test planning, estimation, execution, and reporting.
- Execute Functional, Integration, System, Regression, End-to-End, and UAT testing.
- Report, track, validate, and retest defects.
- Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and QA Automation teams.
- Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies.
- Support release validation and production verification.
- Mentor junior QA team members and promote testing best practices.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent skilled experience.




- 8-10 years of Software QA experience.
- Strong Manual Testing expertise for web-based applications.
- Experience working directly with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Development teams to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Healthcare domain experience is required.
- Experience with Agile Scrum, test estimation, planning, and defect management.
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong SQL query-writing skills for test data retrieval and testing support.
