Title: Enterprise Partnerships Manager (Financial Services / FinTech)

Location: Bengaluru (Remote)

Budget: 15 - 16LPA

What you’ll own:

• Build and close partnerships across fintechs, consumer platforms, NBFCs, lenders, banks, neobanks, wallets, brokerages and D2C platforms

• Own the
entire deal cycle
from sourcing and commercial negotiations to integration and go-live

• Structure white-labelled lending journeys with product, tech and lending teams

• Grow partner accounts and own volumes, disbursals, cards issued and revenue

• Track conversion, approval rates, payouts and margins to improve performance

• Ensure partnerships meet RBI, risk, legal and data-privacy requirements

We’re looking for:

•
3+ years
in lending, credit cards or financial-services distribution, with strong lending experience

• Proven experience in




partnerships, alliances or B2B business development

• A solid, existing network across the fintech and lending ecosystem

• Robust understanding of the
Bangalore fintech market

• Hands-on knowledge of personal loans and credit cards - eligibility, underwriting, disbursal, payouts and commercial models

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage CXOs and founders

Good to have:

• Experience with lending marketplaces, LOS/LSP, embedded finance or BaaS

• API/SDK-led integration experience

• Credit card sourcing partnerships with banks

• Understanding of digital lending guidelines, DLG and LSP frameworks
