Must Have:
- Hands-on experience with

- Solid expertise in
AngularJS (1.x)
in ServiceNow context.
- Experience developing
Service Portal Widgets
and custom UI components.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow scripting:
- Client Scripts
- UI Policies
- Script Includes

- Familiarity with
ITSM modules
(Incident, Request, Change, Knowledge).




- Experience integrating front-end components with backend data via
REST APIs

AngularJS
.
- Customize Service CatLog items, Record Producers, and portal forms to support ITSM/ESM use cases.
- Ensure portal design aligns with
ITIL processes
(Incident, Request, Change, Knowledge).
- Optimize portal performance, reusability, and maintainability of AngularJS components.
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to translate wireframes into functional portal designs.
- Support portal-related issues in Production and participate in root cause analysis.
- Adhere to
ServiceNow SDLC
, coding standards, and security/compliance guidelines.
- Document portal designs, configurations, and custom components for audit and operational readiness.
