What You’ll Do

In this role, you will serve as the product owner and primary business systems analyst for the Certinia PSA platform supporting Teradata’s Global Consulting organization. You will act as the critical link between business stakeholders and the technical development team — translating complex operational needs into transparent, actionable requirements that drive meaningful improvements to how our consulting teams work.
- Manage the Certinia PSA product backlog, prioritizing features and enhancements in alignment with business strategy and stakeholder needs.
- Gather, document,



and refine business requirements through structured stakeholder engagement, translating them into user stories and functional specifications for the development team.
- Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint review ceremonies in collaboration with development and QA resources.
- Develop and execute test plans for new features and system changes, coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.
- Communicate roadmaps, release plans, and system change impacts clearly and proactively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Partner with the Global Consulting leadership to identify process improvement opportunities and ensure the PSA platform continues to evolve with business needs.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Certinia PSA, providing guidance on system capabilities, best practices, and configuration options.
