Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished
Multi-Tower Solutions Architect
to lead the design and architecture of large-scale IT transformation programs across multiple technology domains.

This is a senior strategic solutioning role requiring a strong blend of enterprise architecture, consulting, pre-sales, and customer engagement capabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience designing integrated solutions spanning Cloud, Network, Digital Workplace, Service Desk, Security, and Datacenter services, while leveraging up-to-date automation, analytics, and emerging technologies to enable predictive, proactive, and autonomous operations.

The role requires close collaboration with sales, delivery,



technology partners, and customer stakeholders to develop innovative, outcome-driven solutions aligned with business transformation objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Solution Architecture & Design
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture and transformation programs spanning Cloud, Network, Digital Workplace, Service Desk, Security, and Datacenter domains.
- Design scalable and integrated solutions that align with customer business and technology objectives.
- Translate complex business requirements into architecture blueprints, operating models, and technology roadmaps.
- Define architecture standards, interoperability frameworks, governance models, and integration patterns across multiple technology towers.
- Develop future-ready architectures that enable operational efficiency, resilience, automation, and business agility.
