Role & responsibilities
- Lead end end-to-end volume hiring for EPC, Construction, Infrastructure & Data Centre projects.
- Manage and mentor a TA team, drive hiring targets, productivity and TAT.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define candidate profiles.
- Drive sourcing through job portals, vendors, LinkedIn, networking and direct sourcing.
- Build talent pipelines and manage bulk/project hiring across multiple locations.
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews and manage the offer-to-joining process.
- Track recruitment MIS, closures, TAT, pipeline and team performance.
- Drive recruitment process improvements and employer branding initiatives.

Desired Profile
- Mandatory: Experience in EPC / Construction / Infrastructure / Data Centre industry.
- Solid experience in volume/bulk hiring and project hiring.
- Proven team handling and stakeholder management experience.
- Strong sourcing, networking and vendor management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple mandates, high-volume hiring and tight TATs.
