Manager – Data Science

About the Role:
- We're looking for an experienced Data Science Manager to lead projects, manage teams, and deliver insights that drive business decisions — especially in the insurance industry.

What You'll Do:
- Lead multiple large projects from start to finish
- Work directly with US-based clients to solve business problems using data
- Build and mentor a strong data science team
- Turn data into insights that guide business strategy
- Use insurance industry knowledge to build risk and predictive models

What You Need:

Education & Experience:
- Engineering degree
- 10+ years in data science and analytics, including team/project leadership
- Experience delivering projects for US clients

Skills:
- Solid hands-on experience (5–10 years) with Python, SQL, AI/ML, and Tableau
- Good understanding of insurance processes and risk modeling
- Familiarity with DataRobot and Akur8 (model deployment platforms)
- Ability to build and scale ML solutions for large organizations
