Marketing & Digital Marketing Specialist
to help grow our brand, generate leads, and execute impactful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
- Manage the company's presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Create engaging content including social media posts, blogs, newsletters, case studies, videos, and marketing materials.
- Plan and execute paid campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Optimize website performance through SEO best practices and content marketing.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and marketing automation.
- Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and ROI using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Design brochures,



presentations, flyers, and promotional materials.
- Support branding initiatives and improve the company's online reputation.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the business development and leadership teams to generate qualified leads.
- Track marketing KPIs and prepare monthly performance reports.

Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, content marketing, and social media marketing.
- Experience managing LinkedIn Company Pages and LinkedIn lead generation campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
