Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Tech Lead / Technical Architect
with strong expertise in designing and delivering large-scale CRM solutions. The ideal candidate should have successfully implemented multiple Dynamics CRM/D365 CE engagements, possess strong AI integration knowledge, and have extensive client-facing and solution architecture experience in SaaS environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement solutions.
- Drive end-to-end solution delivery across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service modules.
- Architect scalable SaaS-based CRM solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Design and implement AI-enabled CRM capabilities using Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Services, Power Platform AI Builder, and Generative AI solutions.




- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Lead client workshops, solution discussions, architecture reviews, and technical presentations.
- Mentor development teams and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with integration, cloud, and data teams for enterprise-wide solutions.
- Prepare solution architecture documents, HLDs, LLDs, and technical proposals.

Mandatory Skills
- Minimum
5 Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE implementation projects
- Experience as
Technical Architect in at least 3 SaaS engagements
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- AI & Generative AI integration within CRM solutions
