ROLE: SALES OFFICER HOME LOAN

IMPORTANT: THIS IS A FIELD SALES ROLE

The candidate will be required to regularly:
- Visit customers and potential customers in the assigned area
• Generate leads through market visits and direct sourcing
• Meet customers and understand their Home Loan requirements
• Develop relationships with customers and channel partners
• Follow up on leads and convert them into business
• Coordinate for documentation and loan processing
• Work towards monthly sales and disbursement targets

Candidates must be comfortable with field visits and local-area travel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate and convert leads for Home Loan products
• Acquire new customers through direct sales and market activities
• Explain loan eligibility,



products, documentation and process to customers
• Manage the sales cycle from Lead Generation Customer Acquisition Documentation Disbursement
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Develop business through referrals, market visits and channel partners
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update sales reports

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Graduate in any discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales / BFSI / Banking / NBFC / Loan Sales preferred
• Experience in Home Loan / Personal Loan / Auto Loan / LAP / Retail Finance will be an advantage
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Good customer handling and relationship-building ability
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Comfortable with field sales and customer meetings
• Knowledge of the Delhi NCR local market will be preferred
