Position: Branch / Clinic Manager




The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing clinic operations, ensuring high-quality patient experience, driving revenue growth, managing and engaging the team, and ensuring adherence to company policies and protocols. This role requires both operational excellence and strong consultation/sales skills in the hair & skin aesthetics domain.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Handling & Consultation

Conduct professional consultations for clients on skin and hair-related concerns.

Diagnose Client Needs And Suggest Appropriate Treatments Including
Hair Loss Control & Hair Growth Treatments

Laser Hair Growth Therapy

Mesotherapy, Derma Roller, and PRP for Hair

Chemical Peels, Pigmentation Treatments, PRP f or skin

Q-Switched Laser Treatments, CIT Procedures

Counsel clients regarding surgical Hair Transplant procedures and Hair Replacement solutions.

Manage end-to-end consultation flow and ensure high conversion rates.Conduct follow
