About the Role

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Associate – Sales & Marketing to join the UPRIO team. The role involves customer acquisition, field sales, marketing activities, relationship building, and achieving business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and customer acquisition for UPRIO's programs.
- Build awareness of the UPRIO brand among students, parents, and schools.
- Identify and generate new leads and business opportunities.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with parents, students, and school representatives.




- Explain UPRIO's products and programs clearly and effectively.
- Convert leads into enrollments and paid customers.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Participate in school visits, events, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Achieve assigned sales, conversion, and growth targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Work closely with the team to execute sales and marketing strategies.
