Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for Sales Executive at insurancepe (Topspot Insurance Broking) in Hyderabad. As a member of our Sales Team you will be responsible for:
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients (individual and corporate) across life, health, motor, and general insurance lines.
- Generate and follow up on leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, digital channels, and market research.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive retention, renewals, and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
- Understand client risk profiles and coverage needs to recommend suitable insurance solutions in coordination with the underwriting/advisory team.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients during the pre-sales cycle, ensuring a smooth handover to servicing/operations post-conversion.




- Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, insurer offerings, and regulatory changes to effectively position insurancepe's solutions.
- Represent insurancepe at industry events, client meetings, and networking forums to build the company's market presence.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline status, and client interactions in the CRM/tracking system.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with internal teams (finance, operations, compliance) to ensure timely policy issuance and client servicing.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Finance or similar field
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales or client acquisition, preferably in the insurance industry.
