Role Description The Coordinator of Volunteers at Mais Leite - Soluções em Qualidade do Leite is a part-time, remote role focused on organizing and supporting volunteer activities that advance the organization’s mission. Day-to-day responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, and coordinating volunteers for various programs and initiatives, as well as scheduling and maintaining accurate records of volunteer participation. The Coordinator will develop and deliver training materials, provide ongoing guidance and support to volunteers, and ensure that volunteers have explicit roles and responsibilities. This role also involves collaborating with internal teams, supporting community outreach efforts, and monitoring the impact of volunteer activities to help improve processes and engagement.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in volunteer management and volunteer training, with the ability to organize and support diverse volunteer teams.




Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities to build trust, provide clear instructions, and maintain positive relationships with volunteers and community partners.
Experience with community outreach, including planning and promoting initiatives that engage local stakeholders and potential volunteers.
Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting, manage multiple tasks, and use digital tools to coordinate and track volunteer activities.
Previous experience in nonprofit, community programs, or educational initiatives is beneficial; familiarity with agricultural or dairy quality topics is a plus.
Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic proficiency with office and collaboration software (e.g., spreadsheets, video conferencing, email platforms).
