The Prospect
The Quality Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of product and process quality within HITACHI ENERGY INDIA LIMITED. This role involves implementing, maintaining, and improving quality management systems to meet company objectives and customer requirements.

How You’ll Make An Impact
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures in line with HITACHI ENERGY's global quality standards and local regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and audits on products, processes, and systems to identify non-conformities and areas for improvement.
- Analyze quality data, identify trends, and generate reports to provide insights into quality performance and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Investigate customer complaints and internal quality issues, determine root causes, and facilitate effective resolution through cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, supply chain,



and other departments to integrate quality considerations into all stages of product development and manufacturing.
- Support the development and delivery of quality training programs for employees to enhance quality awareness and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and participate in internal and external quality audits.
- Monitor supplier quality performance and work with procurement to ensure materials and components meet specified quality standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices to optimize quality and efficiency.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
