Role Summary:

We are looking for a agile candidate for the marketing and brand management team for Zee TV. This role is responsible for driving the channel’s brand vision and executing impactful marketing initiatives that enhance brand performance, consumer engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned marketing professional with a deep understanding of brand building, consumer behaviour, and integrated campaign management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Brand Management:

Own and drive key brand metrics including Top of Mind (TOM) awareness, brand consideration, brand equity score, and Net Promoter Score (NPS). Ensure alignment with the overall business strategy.
- Brand Custodianship:

Serve as the guardian of Zee TV’s brand identity, overseeing on-air branding, channel packaging, and communication tonality to ensure consistency and recall.
- Integrated Campaign Execution:

Lead the planning and execution of 360-degree marketing campaigns across television, digital, print, radio, and on-ground platforms for show launches and tentpole properties.




- Design Oversight

Lead the creative development process by collaborating with internal design teams and external agencies to deliver compelling creatives, brand films, digital assets, and event collaterals aligned with the brand’s voice and campaign objectives.
- On-Ground Activations

Conceptualize and execute experiential marketing initiatives, such as city/state-level activations, roadshows, community engagement programs, and mall or school contact programs to drive deeper consumer connection and regional resonance.
- Consumer Engagement Programs:

Conceptualize and implement innovative consumer engagement initiatives, both on-air and on-ground, that enhance viewer connect and loyalty.
- Consumer Insights & Analytics:

Collaborate with the Consumer Insights team to gather and interpret audience data, shaping marketing strategies that resonate with the target audience.
