Role Description:

The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of the HR function, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role will involve developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, providing support to managers and employees regarding HR issues, conducting training and development programs, and maintaining HR records and reports.

Qualifications & Requirementts:
- Solid knowledge in recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations




- Experience in performance management and compliance with labor laws
- Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in an HR management role

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
