- Plan, organize, and implement OYE programs, including the annual curriculum, workshops, courses, summits, and projects.
- Lead the execution of leadership, youth empowerment, and stress management workshops across educational institutions and corporates.
- Build and strengthen long-term partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, corporates, NGOs, and other organizations.
- Present OYE initiatives to Heads of Institutions, Corporate Leaders, and Senior HR Management.
- Develop outreach strategies to expand the reach and impact of OYE programs.
- Lead and mentor volunteers, fostering teamwork and leadership development.
- Coordinate large-scale youth events and ensure smooth program execution.
- Monitor program implementation, analyse outcomes, and submit periodic reports.
- Travel extensively across North India for institutional partnerships, program planning, workshop delivery, and event management.
