who can independently manage residential interior projects from concept to design freeze while guiding junior designers and coordinating closely with the Sales and Delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities1. Design & Concept Development
- Understand client requirements, lifestyle, budget, preferences, and functional needs.
- Develop complete interior design concepts for residential projects.




- Prepare mood boards, layouts, furniture plans, material selections, and design presentations.
- Create designs that balance
aesthetics, functionality, budget, and execution feasibility
.
- Maintain Kontact Interiors' design standards across all projects.

2. Client Management
- Conduct design meetings and presentations with clients.
- Clearly explain design concepts, materials, finishes, and functional decisions.
- Handle client feedback professionally and convert requirements into practical design solutions.
- Build strong client relationships throughout the design phase.
- Take ownership of design-related client escalations.

3. Drawings & Documentation
- Prepare and review:
- Detailed floor plans
- Furniture layouts
- Elevations
- Modular furniture drawings
- Ceiling plans
- Electrical layouts
- Lighting layouts
- Material/finish schedules
- Site-ready drawings
