About the Rolen

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Finance Intern to support our day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, good knowledge of Tally and ZOHO Invoice, and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilitiesn

n
- Maintain and update bank statements and ensure all transactions are properly recorded and reconciled.
n
- Raise and manage invoices through ZOHO Invoice and maintain proper invoice records.
n
- Assist in day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
n
- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and documentation.
n
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
n
- Assist in bank reconciliation and cash-flow tracking.
n
- Support preparation of MIS reports and basic financial statements.
n
- Assist in tracking vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
n
- Maintain and organize financial documents and records.
n
- Assist the finance team with monthly accounting and closing activities.
n
- Support basic GST and TDS-related documentation and compliance activities.
n




- Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related requirements.
n

Required Skills & Qualificationsnn
- Bachelor's degree or pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, B.Com, or a related field.
n
- Prior internship experience in Finance/Accounting is preferred.
n
- Mandatory hands-on knowledge of Tally 7.1 and ZOHO Invoice.
n
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation concepts.
n
- Good knowledge of MS Excel – basic formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.
n
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
n
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
n
- Good communication and organizational skills.
n
- Must have their own laptop.
n

Preferred Qualificationsnn
- Basic understanding of financial reporting and MIS.
n
- Knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance will be an added advantage.
n
- Previous experience handling bank statements, reconciliations, or invoice generation will be preferred.
n
