n Job Summary:
n We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Event Manager to lead and execute business events that align with our brand’s goals.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Event,Marketing strategies,BTL and digital marketing, vendor management and data analytics , with a creative approach to delivering impactful experiences.

n Key Responsibilities:
n n Plan, manage, and execute business events, and marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
n Collaborate with the marketing team to align event strategies with brand positioning and lead generation goals .
n Develop BTL marketing strategies for effective audience engagement.
n Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure events are well-promoted through various digital channels.
n Manage vendor relationships , negotiate contracts, and ensure seamless event execution.
n Develop and execute event budgets, timelines, and logistics planning.
n Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution and post-event reporting .
n Leverage creative thinking to design unique event experiences that resonate with the target audience.
n Utilize video editing skills for post-event content creation, promotional videos, and marketing materials.
n Analyze event performance metrics and leverage data insights to optimize future events and marketing efforts.

n Key Requirements:
n n Experience: Minimum [3-4] years in business event planning and execution.
n Strong understanding of marketing strategies, BTL marketing, and digital marketing .
n Proven experience in vendor management and maintaining solid industry connections.
n Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and execute unique event formats.
n Knowledge of webinar platforms and virtual event execution.
n Team collaboration skills to work effectively across departments.
n Proficiency in video editing tools to create engaging promotional and post-event content.
n Solid problem-solving and multitasking abilities to manage multiple events simultaneously.
n Excellent communication and negotiation skills .
n Proficiency in data analytics tools and ability to derive insights from event metrics .

n Preferred Qualifications:
n n Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration , or related fields.
n Hands-on experience with event promotion tools and digital marketing tools.
n Experience in Event analytics and reporting tools to measure ROI and effectiveness.
