Job Summary
Strategy
- Responsible for managing the delivery of regulatory reporting outputs in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Works across Group, Country, Business and Change teams to improve the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of Capital metrics submitted to stakeholders.
- Supports initiatives to optimise Capital and RWA through improved data quality, controls, and reporting processes.

Business
- Strong functional knowledge across Basel frameworks (Basel II, III and IV), Capital metrics computation, and reporting methodologies.
- Good understanding of Banking Products and their linkage to Risk Weighted Assets and regulatory capital outcomes.
- Hands-on experience using SQL and reporting platforms to interrogate data and perform analysis. Familiarity with Moody’s reporting platforms is an advantage.
- Positive understanding of regulatory data management requirements including BCBS 239, PRA and Local regulatory expectations.

Processes
- Ensures operational efficiency, accuracy,



and completeness of regulatory capital reports through effective monitoring of KPIs and controls.
- Establishes robust control checks and governance within the reporting process to meet regulatory standards.
- Drives continuous process improvement through standardisation, simplification, and automation to enhance reporting quality and sustainability.

- Manages and develops team members responsible for BAU regulatory capital reporting.
- Collaborates with Change, Technology, and Business teams to support implementation of enhancements and ensures smooth transition of changes into BAU in line with regulatory and technology objectives.

Risk Management
- Identifies, manages, and escalates risks related to capital metrics and regulatory reporting.
- Supports responses to internal and external queries on regulatory capital and reporting outcomes.
