8+ years of experience

Key Requirements:
- Strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, Process Improvement, and Operational Excellence
- Experience leading transformation initiatives using
RPA, Analytics, AI, and Automation
- Ability to drive measurable business impact, process optimization, and customer experience improvements
- Solid stakeholder and client management skills
