Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced
VMware Subject Matter Expert (SME)
with robust expertise in
VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, and enterprise storage platforms including SAN and vSAN
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, optimizing, and troubleshooting large-scale virtualized infrastructure environments while ensuring high availability, performance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter environments.
- Administer and optimize VMware clusters, resource pools, HA, DRS, and vMotion.
- Manage enterprise storage solutions including SAN, NAS, and VMware vSAN.
- Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and infrastructure optimization.
- Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex virtualization, storage, and infrastructure issues.




- Upgrade and patch VMware infrastructure components.
- Collaborate with application, network, cloud, and security teams.
- Develop automation scripts using PowerCLI and PowerShell.
- Ensure compliance with security, operational, and governance standards.
- Provide L3/L4 support and technical guidance to operations teams.
