Job Title: US QuickBooks Accountant

Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented US QuickBooks Accountant with hands-on experience in QuickBooks Online and a strong understanding of accounting principles. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with US-based clients and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced accounting environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update client books in QuickBooks Online.
- Categorize and record financial transactions accurately.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare basic financial reports and identify discrepancies.
- Coordinate with clients to obtain accounting information and supporting documents.
- Ensure books are accurate, organized, and up to date.

Requirements




- 2–3 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience.
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online.
- Good understanding of accounting concepts and financial statements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with US accounting/bookkeeping will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
