Role Overview

ZEE 5 Revenue Team is looking for a strategic and commercially driven professional to lead Content Monetization & Platform GTM Strategy. The role will be responsible for maximizing the commercial value of content across ZEE5, Social Media and YouTube by developing compelling go-to-market strategies, sponsorship solutions and monetization frameworks.

The incumbent will act as the bridge between Content, Programming, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships and Business teams to ensure every content property is positioned, packaged and monetized to its fullest potential. This role requires a strong blend of content understanding, commercial acumen, strategic thinking, data analytics and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities
Content Commercialization
- Own the end-to-end commercialization strategy for all content across ZEE5, Social and YouTube.
- Develop monetization frameworks for Originals, Acquired Content, Movies, Sports, Tentpole Events, Impact Properties and Special Programming.
- Identify revenue opportunities across sponsorships, branded integrations,



platform innovations and cross-platform packages.
- Build differentiated monetization narratives aligned with advertiser objectives.
Go-to-Market Strategy
- Design and execute GTM strategies for all major content launches.
- Develop compelling sales stories, positioning frameworks and advertiser propositions.
- Create cutting-edge sponsorship packages across Digital, Social and Connected TV ecosystems.
- Partner closely with Marketing and Content teams to maximize launch impact and commercial outcomes.
Content Intelligence
- Publish periodic Content Intelligence reports highlighting upcoming content opportunities, performance trends and monetization recommendations.
- Track consumption metrics, audience behaviour and engagement trends to refine commercial strategies.
