About the Role: Z5 is looking for an experienced growth and strategic partnerships person to lead high-impact partnerships across the APAC region. This role will serve as a key member of the APAC team, responsible for developing and scaling strategic relationships with leading consumer brands, telecom operators, OEMs, digital platforms, fintechs, retailers, loyalty ecosystems, and other growth partners. Building creative and layered collaborations that accelerate subscriber acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the B2B strategy, development, and execution of Zee 5's partnership ecosystem across APAC markets.




- Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with major consumer brands, technology platforms, telecom operators, payment partners, and distribution ecosystems.
- Develop and own partnership business cases, commercial frameworks, and joint business plans to drive measurable business outcomes.
- Collaborate with partners to create innovative acquisition, engagement, loyalty, bundling, and co-branded initiatives.
- Act as a senior point of contact for strategic partners, building executive-level relationships and long-term collaboration roadmaps.
- Work closely with regional market teams to identify market-specific partnership opportunities and accelerate growth initiatives.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Content, Distribution, Finance, Analytics, and Legal teams to execute complex cross-functional projects.
