Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign & Agency Execution (30%)
- Own day-to-day coordination with creative, media, digital, influencer, PR, and production partners ensuring campaign workstreams deliver on time and on brief.
- Manage execution of 360° campaigns across ATL, BTL, Digital, PR, and Influencer Marketing, including campaign trackers, timelines, and cross-functional follow-through.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all consumer touchpoints.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team on performance campaigns, content calendars, and social media execution.

2. Trade & Channel Activation (25%)
- Partner with Sales to execute channel-specific activation programs across GT, MT, Pharmacy, Institutional, and E-commerce.
- Develop POSM, visibility programs, and promotional campaigns to improve offtake and track deployment and effectiveness in market.
- Conduct regular market visits to audit execution and gather trade feedback.

3. Consumer & Market Insights (15%)
- Manage consumer research execution briefing, fieldwork coordination
- Monitor competition,



pricing, promotions, and category trends- maintain competitive intelligence trackers.
- Analyse sales data (channel, state, and SKU cuts) and brand health tracking outputsand translate findings into actionable recommendations.

4. Product Launch Support (20%)
- Manage launch execution across packaging, positioning, pricing inputs, communication, and go-to-market rollout for recent products.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Procurement to keep launch timelines on track.

5. Budget Tracking & Reviews (10%)
- Track A&P; spends against plan- manage PO/invoice hygiene and monthly reconciliation with Finance.
- Track campaign ROI and flag corrective actions.
- Prepare brand performance reviews - brand health metrics, sales performance, market share - for leadership presentations.

Education
- MBA in Marketing (preferred)
