The candidate will act as a technical escalation point, drive infrastructure standardisation, and contribute to cloud-adoption roadmaps.

Roles & Responsibilities:

A highly experienced Senior Linux Administrator with 5–8 years of expertise, capable of handling complex L2 and L3 operational scenarios. The role demands advanced Red Hat skills, hands-on AWS cloud experience, strong automation capabilities,



and the ability to lead technical initiatives. The candidate will act as a technical escalation point, drive infrastructure standardisation, and contribute to cloud-adoption roadmaps.

L3 Operations & Technical Leadership

Serve as the primary L3 escalation point for complex Linux infrastructure incidents.

Perform deep-dive root cause analysis involving kernel, networking, storage, and application layers.

Lead post-incident reviews define and track corrective action plans.

Manage performance profiling, and capacity planning.

Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) – Advanced

Architect, deploy, and manage RHEL-based environments across bare metal, virtualisation (VMware/KVM), and cloud.

Administer Red Hat Satellite for lifecycle management, patch orchestration, and content views.

Configure and manage RHEL High Availability clusters (Pacemaker / Corosync).

Manage IdM (Identity Management) / FreeIPA
