Location: Bangalore (Work From Office)

Role: Customer Success Intern
⏳ Duration: 3-Month Internship

Stipend: ₹15,000 per month
Full-Time Opportunity: Based on the Performance.

Customer Success Executive Full time
Experience: 1 year in Customer Success, Customer Support, Account Management, or Saa S

CTC: ₹3 LPA

What You'll Be Doing:
✨ Guide customers through onboarding and product implementation

✨ Deliver product demos and training sessions

✨ Assist customers in launching successful email marketing campaigns





✨ Resolve customer queries via email, chat, and virtual meetings

✨ Build long-term customer relationships and drive product adoption

✨ Work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience

We're Looking For Someone Who:
✔ Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Is passionate about customer success and Saa S technology

✔ Enjoys problem-solving and learning new tools

✔ Can build relationships with confidence and professionalism

✔ Is a recent graduate or final-year student ready to kick-start their career
