This role provides operational support and local expertise to ensure seamless program delivery. The scope of countries covered may evolve over time in line with business needs, and the successful candidate will be expected to adapt flexibly to changing regional responsibilities as well as working hours. A key part of this role involves triaging and responding to employee benefits inquiries submitted through our Jira ticketing system; the specialist will leverage AI to help research and address questions spanning multiple countries and regions What you'll be doing Administer benefits programs across assigned countries, including health and welfare plans, retirement programs, and time-off policies.



Serve as the primary point of contact for employees on advantages-related questions, providing timely and accurate guidance. Partner with Payroll, Compliance, Legal, and external vendors to ensure accurate benefits administration, payments, and regulatory compliance. Conduct audits and quality checks to maintain data integrity and compliance across benefits systems. Support annual benefits enrollment, including employee communications, vendor coordination, enrollment activities, and ongoing documentation. Monitor changes in benefits regulations, identify opportunities to streamline processes, and collaborate with the global Benefits team to enhance the employee experience. What we're looking for 3+ years of experience in benefits administration, HR operations, or a related field, with a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
