Technical/Functional Skill
- sExperience in Semiconductor manufacturing processe
- sDeep understanding of the SECS/GEM standards (SEMI E30 and related standard
- )Experience with SECS/GEM message structure, data formats, and communication protocols
- .Developing and integrating SECS/GEM interfaces for various semiconductor manufacturing equipment
- .Configuring equipment to communicate with host systems (e.g., setting up communication parameters, defining data collection variables)
- .Creating and managing Siemens Camstar/OpCenter Modeling recipes for equipment, including downloading, uploading, and validating them
- .Collecting real-time data from equipment sensors and processes
- .Monitoring equipment status and performance metrics
- .Implementing data collection strategies for statistical process control (SPC)
- .Functional Experience in GUI, Tool Scheduling,



Recipe Management and Factory Automation -SECS/GE
