Job description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Research Analyst with 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, market research, and prospect identification. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in identifying high-quality prospects, building targeted lead lists, and supporting sales teams with qualified opportunities. This role requires excellent research, profiling, and outreach skills to drive pipeline growth and contribute to business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth B2B market research to identify potential customers across target industries and markets.
- Develop and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) by analyzing industries, company size, revenue, geography, technology adoption, and business needs.
- Identify key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations using industry-leading prospecting tools.
- Build, validate,



and maintain high-quality prospect databases to support sales and marketing campaigns.
- Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha, Seamless.ai, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms to source and verify prospect information.
- Perform detailed company profiling by researching company websites, LinkedIn profiles, funding history, business models, technology stacks, organizational structures, and recent business developments.
- Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria and ensure data accuracy before handing them over to the sales team.
- Execute outbound prospecting activities through LinkedIn messaging, cold email campaigns, and cold calling (when required).
- Engage prospects effectively, generate responses, nurture conversations, and schedule qualified meetings through to successful closure.
