The Expansion Business Development Manager will be responsible for scouting and onboarding potential franchisee partners for FOFO (Franchise Owned & Operated) center expansion across all the cities in North India including Punjab,



Haryana, Delhi among others.

Scale the city's franchise expansion by shortlisting, appointing and onboarding new partners.
Prospect and qualify inbound leads through cold calling and drive them to closure.
Build business models tailored specifically to the partner/market.
Travel to meet partners as required.

Franchise business/industry understanding.
Proficient in CRM tools & Microsoft Office suite.
Management/engineering/commerce background with a minimum of 3 years up to 7 years of experience in BD.
Experience in rapid-growing startups/BD roles will be an added plus.
Proven track record of success in a B2B sales profile.
