Role Description

This is a full time, on-site Audit Assistant role based in Kolkata. You will support the team in regular audits, tax audits, and GST audits. Your day-to-day work will include:

- Checking and preparing financial statements and supporting documents (vouching)
- Preparing and filing tax audit and GST Audit.
- Preparing and filing of Income tax forms.
- Checking and preparing for TDS, Income tax and GST compliance.




- Reconciling accounts and reporting any mismatches found
- Coordinating with clients to collect required documents and information
- Following professional standards and taking part in team training

Qualifications

- Good understanding of financial statements, tax audits, and GST audits
- Positive analytical skills and comfort working with numbers
- Good knowledge of accounting, auditing, income tax, and GST rules
- Valuable with MS Excel and basic accounting/GST software
- CA Inter or similar qualification is a plus
