Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and confident Project Manager with strong exposure to Microsoft Azure and Dynamics environments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and client-facing skills, along with the maturity and confidence to manage stakeholders, drive discussions, and ensure successful project delivery.

The role requires someone who can effectively bridge the gap between technical teams and clients, manage project execution, and take ownership of delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are delivered within agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.
n
- Lead client discussions, requirement discussions, status meetings, and project reviews with confidence.
n
- Coordinate with technical and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
n
- Track project timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.
n
- Identify potential project risks and proactively drive mitigation plans.
n
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear and timely communication.
n
- Work closely with teams working on Microsoft Azure and Dynamics platforms.
n




- Translate client requirements into actionable plans for technical teams.
n
- Conduct regular project status reviews and provide clear updates to leadership and clients.
n
- Ensure project documentation, reporting, and governance processes are maintained.
n
- Handle escalations effectively and drive issues to closure.
n
- Ensure alignment between client expectations, business requirements, and technical delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in Project Management, preferably in IT / technology consulting or digital transformation projects.
n
- Hands-on project management experience involving Microsoft Azure and Dynamics.
n
- Solid understanding of technology projects and the ability to work effectively with technical teams.
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
n
- Strong client interaction and stakeholder management skills.
n
- High level of confidence and professionalism while interacting with clients and senior stakeholders.
n
- Demonstrated maturity and ability to handle challenging situations and escalations.
n
- Strong ownership, accountability, and problem-solving ability.
n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
n
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
