n About the Role
n Aerostar Edge is looking for a Sales Executive – Tele-calling to join our Sales & Admissions team. The role involves connecting with prospective students, understanding their career goals, counselling them about suitable courses, and converting qualified leads into admissions.
n Key Responsibilities
n • Contact prospective students and parents through assigned leads.
n • Explain Aerostar Edge courses, fees, duration, batches and learning formats.
n • Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programmes.
n • Conduct telephonic counselling and generate centre visits/counselling appointments.
n • Follow up consistently with interested prospects and convert leads into admissions.
n • Handle queries and objections related to courses, fees, placements and admissions.
n • Maintain accurate lead information and follow-ups in the CRM.




n • Achieve daily calling, monthly admission and revenue targets.
n • Coordinate with the Counselling, Admissions and Operations teams.
n What We're Looking For
n • Graduate preferred; freshers can also apply.
n • 0–5 years of experience** in telecalling, inside sales, education counselling, admissions or related roles.
n • Excellent communication and convincing skills.
n • Comfortable speaking with students and parents.
n • Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
n • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
n • Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
n Gujarati + Hindi + English** communication will be an advantage.
