Embrace E.A.R.T.H. values, celebrate uniqueness, and drive swift career growth with Pinnaclites! n n Website: n n Job Description n n Experience with Autodesk Revit MEP and Autodesk Navisworks is mandatory. n Experience with clash coordination tools like BIMTRACK, BIM 360 issues, Revitzo (Any of them). n Common data environments like BLUEBEAM, BIM 360, Dropbox, ProjectWise (collaborative tools to work on a model). n Worked on different building sectors – residential, commercial, institutional (schools, colleges), healthcare (hospitals), transportation (airports, bus stations, metro stations), data centers, etc. n Experience in working on international projects is essential. n Positive knowledge of Revit modelling tasks and Revit interfaces such as views, browser structure, sheets, schedules, filters, and similar Revit functions. n Experience with modelling of Electrical & Extra Low Voltage (ELV) services. n Electrical Circuiting, Wiring,



Panel/DB schedule preparation. n Preparation of Shaft Co-ordination Drawings for Electrical Services. n Preparation of RCP layout drawings for MEP Services. n Preparation of Electrical Room’s Section Detail Drawings Such as MV Room & Electrical Room Etc. n Preparation of Containment Detail Drawing with Co-ordination of Mechanical & Plumbing Services. n Preparation of Builders Work Drawings (Slab Opening & Core wall Opening and Block Works.) For Electrical Services and Co-ordination with Mechanical & Plumbing Services. n Experience with architectural, structural & MEPF clash co-ordination. n Basic Knowledge of project phases & deliverables requirements against each project stage. n Experience in electrical drawing creation/documentation. n Experience in Electrical equipment & services hanger support modelling. n Experience in working on fabrication models, shop drawings, builder’s work drawings, and spool drawings. n Experience in review and QA/QC of 3D models, drawings, etc. n Experience in parametric Revit family creation. n Experience in BOQ & quantity take-offs. n n n Experience Required: Minimum 2 years to 15 years n Software Knowledge: Revit, Navisworks n Location: Willing to relocate to Madurai n n Interested candidate can share their resumes at
