One of our clients, a new-generation real estate development company redefining modern living in India, is looking to hire a professional to help scale the sales. The role involves driving current client acquisition for residential and industrial sales, building strong customer relationships, managing the entire sales lifecycle, manage channel partners and brokers.

Location: Faridabad
Experience: 3 - 5 years
Requirement: Prior experience in real estate sales is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

Generate and convert leads through direct sales, channel partners, and broker networks.
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and property walkthroughs to effectively showcase project offerings.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable inventory, aligning solutions with budget and investment goals.
Coordinate with the CRM/documentation team for booking formalities, agreements, and post-sale processes
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and deal status on the CRM system.
Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor projects, and pricing benchmarks across segments.
