Work Mode: Work from Office

Working Days: 5 Days

Week Off: 2 Days Rotational

Shift: Complete Night Shifts, including Graveyard Shifts

- The role of a Technical Voice Process representative involves providing timely and effective support to customers experiencing technical issues with products or services.

- This includes handling inbound calls, troubleshooting problems, providing solutions, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

- The representative is expected to communicate effectively with customers, understand their technical needs, and guide them through resolutions in a transparent, efficient manner.
